Job Title:

Media Resources Coordinator


Our team is seeking an organized and efficient Media Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities of our department. This role will involve working closely with the Resources Supervisor to process client booking requests, review and process production documents, coordinate travel for production crews, and maintain relationships with producers and crews.

Responsibilities include:
  • Processing studio and facilities bookings
  • Reviewing and processing Production/Operations timesheets/invoices
  • Coordinating travel for production crews and Outside Broadcasts
  • Liaising with Technical Operations for circuits
  • Maintaining relationships with producers and crews
  • Creating reports for the Operations Manager and Resources Supervisor


Other tasks may include:
  • Booking film crews, uplinks and studios
  • Entering and reconciling production charges
  • Booking and coordinating travel for production crews and Outside Broadcasts
  • Liaising with Technical Operations for circuits
  • Departmental coordination of production requirements
  • Ensuring awareness of relevant occupational health and safety regulations


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent administrative, communication and people skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Precise data entry and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of television production requirements and a working knowledge of broadcast technologies


Desirable Qualifications:

It would be great if you have:

  • Diploma/degree in TV Production or Media Studies
  • Experience in television production, post-production studio management, facilities coordination or similar roles
