Control Room Operator Job Description

This role involves working in a control room environment, responsible for managing incidents, providing accurate and timely advice, and monitoring alarms 24 hours a day.

Key duties include:

  • Managing incidents according to standard operating procedures
  • Providing communication and advice on incidents
  • Monitoring and managing alarms
  • Receiving and managing calls from customers and emergency services

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Control Room Operator and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. They must also have high-level communication skills and be comfortable dealing with high-pressure situations.

Additional requirements include:

  • National Security Officer Licence Class 1E
  • Previous experience as a Control Room Operator
  • High level of English language proficiency
  • Positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional security and safety services
