
High-Volume Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced outbound lead generation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and booking appointments with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Contacting new enquiries within minutes during shift hours and persisting with structured follow-ups;
- Building and prioritizing target lists using tools such as Apollo and Clay, aligned to the ICP;
- Qualifying against clear criteria before booking; and
- Maintaining CRM hygiene, dispositions and notes, and providing weekly KPI reports.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2C appointment setting or outbound lead generation for Australian consumers;
- Proven results booking qualified meetings at scale, working core AEST/AEDT hours;
- Confident high-volume caller with strong objection handling and concise note-taking skills;
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sequencing tools such as Apollo or Outreach;
- Excellent written and spoken English for call, SMS and email outreach.
KPIs:
- Speed to contact under 5 minutes for new leads;
- Daily activity targets: dials, connects and replies as agreed;
- 20-30 per cent contact-to-qualified appointment ratio;
- 80 per cent show rate for booked appointments;
- 100 per cent CRM accuracy on lead status and notes.
