
New Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and building pipeline through outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize multi-channel outbound strategies, including VoIP dialler, SMS, email and LinkedIn sequences, to connect with potential clients.
- Contact new enquiries within 1-5 minutes during shift hours and persist with structured follow-ups to ensure conversion rates are optimized.
- Develop and prioritize target lists using tools such as Apollo and Clay, aligned to our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Qualify against clear criteria before booking qualified appointments directly into consultant calendars via HubSpot Scheduler or Calendly.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, dispositions and notes, and provide weekly KPI reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Test and optimize scripts, openers and cadences to lift connect and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C appointment setting or outbound lead generation for Australian consumers.
- Proven results booking qualified meetings at scale, working core AEST/AEDT hours.
- Confident high-volume caller with strong objection handling and concise note-taking skills.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sequencing tools such as Apollo or Outreach.
- Excellent written and spoken English for call, SMS and email outreach.
- Comfortable with a commission-led structure tied to qualified appointments.
- Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; quiet working environment; good quality microphone or headset.
