Overview

Outbound Account Executive (Hospitality) – Lightspeed Commerce, Sydney. You will be responsible for managing a 360 sales cycle from initial outreach to demo and close, generating a pipeline through prospecting, and owning sales processing through to close. You will join a hospitality sales team in a disruptive company changing how business owners and customers engage with each other in the hospitality space.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Generating pipeline with a combination of phone and email outreach
  • Reaching out into defined market segments, learning from cadences, and optimising touchpoints
  • Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations/demos as required
  • Manage a sales pipeline with multiple prospects using Salesforce
  • Forecast sales pipeline to leadership and meet monthly KPIs
  • Meet defined SLA metrics based on GTV, Business Type, Timeline, and other differentiators
  • Collaborate within a team environment to grow the business
  • Work with management on pricing negotiations
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly quotas
What You Need To Bring
  • Experience with outbound sales, contacting cold leads and converting conversations into meetings
  • Experience forecasting a pipeline and tracking KPI targets
  • Track record of top performance in previous roles
  • Resilience and understanding that outbound is a volume game
  • Professional poise and confidence when communicating with executives
  • Commitment to a culture of positivity and high performance
