Strategic Learning and Development Manager

The Strategic Learning and Development Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality professional learning offerings that drive measurable value, strengthen workforce capability, and maintain our position as the trusted expert in the sector.

The role involves integrating member-focused professional learning to support professional capacity, translating sector intelligence and member feedback into impactful learning initiatives, delivering programs that enhance leadership, governance, compliance, and service quality, expanding consultancy and L&D services to diversify income streams, and embedding systems and metrics that improve agility, responsiveness, and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing strategic learning initiatives that align with our mission and goals
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with members, stakeholders, and partners to ensure collaborative and effective learning outcomes
  • Managing budgets and resources to optimize the delivery of high-impact learning initiatives
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning programs
