Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Casual Registered Nurse to join our Care team at our Kellyville home.
The successful candidate will be providing quality nursing care and support to the changing clinical needs of the residents.
- Developing and evaluating individualised resident care plans and completing assessments
- Providing clinical services such as wound management, medication management and palliative care
- Liaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family members
- Work with the Clinical Leadership team with more complex clinical management
- Supervising and supporting our Personal Care Workers
The ideal candidate will have current Registration with AHPRA, be Caring and empathetic, able to communicate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders, possess Strong leadership skills and have Good assessment/prioritisation skills.
Estimated Salary$39-$48.18 per hour
