Entry Level Media Opportunity
An entry-level position in media offers a career gateway to gain a solid foundation in marketing and advertising. As an account coordinator, you will support the team with administrative tasks, including managing media bookings, compiling competitive analysis, tracking campaign performance, and creating reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with administrative duties, such as checking, managing, and implementing media bookings, researching competitors, tracking campaign results, and preparing reports.
- Stay updated on program changes, audience viewing figures, circulation/readership figures, listener numbers, and new media developments.
- Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, internal teams, media representatives, and creative agencies.
- Maintain regular monitoring of all campaigns to identify discrepancies.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and strategy meetings to continually learn and develop.
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn.
- Attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy skills.
- A good understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Proactivity and problem-solving abilities.
