Develop Your Skills with a Global Company in PerthWe seek a dynamic and organized individual to join our permanent team as a Student Services Coordinator.Role & Responsibilities
  • Liaison with Sales Offices globally, handling student bookings and administrative tasks
  • Review and confirmation of all bookings in our CRM system, preparation of student visa documents, and active role in student welfare
  • Following up on student concerns & enquiries in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Answering internal and external queries professionally and timely
  • Assisting students with insurance claims (OSHC), delivering excellent customer service, and general support for the school team
