Student Services Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality support to international students. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing activities and events designed to facilitate student adjustment to living and studying in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-service focus, demonstrated cultural sensitivity and a strong understanding of cross-cultural communication. They will also have experience in the development, coordination and promotion of student-focused initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service quality to international students
  • Develop and coordinate student-focused activities and events
  • Prepare reports, project management plans, presentations and briefings
  • Manage contracts or agreements
  • Recruit volunteers throughout programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications and work experience OR significant work experience within the education industry or related area
  • Understanding of the Australian tertiary education system
  • Knowledge of regulatory framework relating to international students
  • High-level computer skills including experience in using various student management systems
