Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated NDIS Support Specialist to join our team. As an NDIS Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have the opportunity to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centered support services to NDIS clients, focusing on developing and maintaining positive relationships.

- Collaborate with clients, families, and carers to understand individual needs and preferences, ensuring tailored support is delivered.

- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, develop strategies, and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Advanced understanding and commitment to person-centered support and services.

- Diploma in Business Administration, Disability, Customer Service, or higher (or equivalent demonstrated work-related experience).

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a plan management role with a focus on client relationships.
