Job Role: Workshop Storeperson

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Workshop Storeperson to manage the daily operations of our onsite workshop in North Plympton.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in the automotive/spare parts industry, who possess excellent knowledge of working with delivery dockets, orders, spare parts in a workshop setting.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Managing non-inventory item orders
    • Receiving and storing parts
    • Preparing outgoing stock
    • Updating work information to head office on a daily basis
    • Conducting regular stocktake
    • Maintaining accurate records of invoices and purchase orders
    • Efficiently managing fuel and consumables
    • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries as required

Requirements:

  • Current HR Driver's Licence
  • Certificate III or relevant storeperson experience
  • In-depth mechanical parts knowledge
  • Understanding of invoice procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • A safety-conscious attitude and commitment to workplace health and safety
