Compassionate Elderly Care Support Worker

We are currently seeking a dedicated support worker to provide exceptional care and companionship to our elderly clients. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, promoting independence and wellbeing in a home or community setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily care tasks such as showering, dressing, and toileting
- Carry out housekeeping duties including domestic cleaning, laundry, and food preparation
- Provide training to clients on self-care and educate family members on their needs
- Offer social support to enhance clients' overall wellbeing and independence
- Complete administrative tasks such as incident reports and shift notes
About You:
- You possess excellent communication skills and a calm demeanor
- You have experience working with vulnerable individuals and can adapt to each client's unique needs
- You are available to work on flexible shifts, including Tuesday and Friday mornings
- You have proficiency in Mandarin (an asset)
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with elderly individuals
- Certificate Level III in Individual Support or Aged Care
- Current Police Check
- Full driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
