Support Worker Job

We have multiple positions available across Sydney, with a key focus on delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to the elderly and NDIS community in a professional and compassionate manner.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to; assisting clients with personal hygiene, feeding, medication, shopping, social support, and community access. You will also provide maintenance of their homes, if required.

Requirements:

  • Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • NDIS screening check and First Aid
  • Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
  • Genuine regard to provide support to the elderly
  • Caring and patient nature
  • Commitment to ongoing development
  • Experience in the care industry (Not essential if you are willing to learn and have a genuine sincerity towards others)
  • Bilingual (desirable but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
