About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to lead our team. As a passionate advocate for Early Years education, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding our staff to provide quality child care and interactive learning experiences.
About Our Team
Our team values strong family-oriented principles, an inclusive culture, and empowering environment. We provide quality education and care for children aged six months to six years in large, purpose-built centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of educators to provide high-quality child care and educational programs.
- Implement and maintain national standards and corresponding laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage centre operations, including financial planning and reporting.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and the community.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor or Masters in a relevant childcare course.
- Experience in a management role, preferably in early childhood education.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Montessori qualifications or experience highly desirable.
