Your Expertise

  • Tertiary qualification in Design, Textiles, or Pattern Making">
  • Mastery in pattern making, garment fit, and construction">
  • Extensive experience with fabric and fiber expertise, working with overseas suppliers">
  • Proven ability to drive results, solve problems, and demonstrate commercial acumen">
  • Strong background in quality and compliance, including coaching and training">
  • Proficiency in Adobe / CAD and Lectra">
  • Solid judgment and curiosity, with a drive for continuous improvement">
  • Ability to develop strategies that enhance supplier performance">
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team of technical designers">
  • Exceptional communication skills with various stakeholders">
  • Strong analytical thinking capabilities">
  • Focused on process optimisation and goal achievement">
