Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a 2IC, delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director of Service, creating and implementing enriching experiences based on child preferences, ensuring program compliance, interacting with parents and support enquiries, and co-managing or coordinating during school holiday programs.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record of working with children, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering fun and engaging experiences.
  • Previous experience in Before and After School Care or education is highly regarded, but training is available for the right candidate.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a stable and permanent part-time schedule (up to 25 hours per week).
  • ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria or studying towards one is essential.
