About the Role

As an Improvement Engineer, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, reducing environmental impact, and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise in project management, lean methodologies, and SAP EAM/Fiori/Concur/Ariba will be invaluable in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance plant performance and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of excellence
  • Manage capital delivery outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide technical expertise and support to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in TPM framework or similar lean methodologies
  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Controls and Automation
  • Proficient use of SAP EAM/Fiori/Concur/Ariba and Microsoft applications
