Claims Officer - Client Care Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Officer to join our team at Searson Buck. As a Claims Officer - Client Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks including comprehensive claims management, compliance with legislative requirements, assessment of client eligibility and processing of benefits, supporting clients through their claims journey and management of claim settlement processes.
About the Role
- Manage a high volume of claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and support.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claims management processes.
- Stay up-to-date with legislative requirements and industry developments, ensuring compliance and best practice.

- You have a genuine care for people and are comfortable in a complex and process-driven work environment.
- You possess highly developed communication and client service skills, with the ability to make appropriate decisions and apply judgement.
- You are able to actively participate within workplace teams and contribute to change management.
- You have the ability to work autonomously, set priorities and manage a variable workload.
