Job Description:

Key to success in this role is the ability to provide exceptional customer service and support across multiple areas of the business. Key responsibilities include telephone-based customer service, staying up-to-date with regular system updates, creating, reviewing and maintaining training and support resources, managing products including hardware maintenance, replacement and updates.

Strong communication skills are essential in managing product inventory, pricing and marketing promotion changes, as well as supporting the retail network through phone and email. Ability to identify and pursue new sales prospects, conduct product demos and manage customer installations is also crucial.
