About the Role

Our Convenient locations plus new technology enables a seamless recycling experience both at fully staffed depots and Express collection points.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to customers by assisting them sort recyclable products and providing the correct refund.
  • Sorting recyclable items into their correct categories with precision and accuracy.
  • Transporting items to designated storage areas.
  • Cash handling and ensuring colleagues adhere to health and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as hospitality or retail.
  • Excellent Excel & Outlook skills.
  • A proactive attitude with customer satisfaction at the forefront of all interactions.
