Job Description

The Senior Engagement and Retention Manager will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and retention across IG Group in Australia. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will execute specific deliverables that align with key strategic priorities, leveraging a range of tools and techniques to optimize customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer engagement and retention strategies, incorporating data-driven insights and market trends.
  • Lead a team of professionals to design and deliver integrated campaigns across content, social media, events, and CRM platforms.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective campaign execution and optimal ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer journey programs, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lifecycle and retention marketing, with a strong understanding of customer data and behavioral insights.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible approach to problem-solving.
