About the position:

Located in Bendigo's southern corridor, our Kangaroo Flat home is a warm and welcoming place known for its close-knit community and person-centred care. The home offers modern facilities, strong clinical support, and a compassionate team culture.

We encourage local candidates or those with a genuine intention to relocate to apply, as on-site presence and a connection to the local community are essential to the success of this role.

The Clinical Care Coordinator plays a vital role in driving a continuous improvement culture, acting as a clinical resource for staff, and focusing on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes. You will also take pride in your clinical documentation management skills.

You'll be someone who is empathetic and who's previously worked in an aged care home. You'll also have:

  • A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • Leadership experience in clinical care
  • A nursing degree and current registration
  • Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANACC
