Main Responsibilities:

  1. Co-lead activities to enhance collaboration among physicians and staff, ensuring effective service delivery
  2. Liaise with division heads and chiefs of staff to address governance matters, including professional medical practice issues
  3. Implement strategies to engage physicians and staff in continuous quality improvement of service delivery
  4. Monitor team performance and make adjustments as necessary
  5. Act as change management champion to support physicians and staff through transformation
  6. Lead initiatives that advance technology and data use to improve service delivery, collaborating with the Quality Systems team
  7. Assess and prioritize team resource needs, working with medical and administrative leaders to optimize resource allocation
