This role leads the engineering teams behind mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring everything runs seamlessly in a world-class manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have trade certification or tertiary qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and proven expertise across HVAC, electrical systems, utilities, and plant operations in a complex manufacturing environment.
We are seeking a strong leader who can inspire, coach, and empower teams to deliver high-impact projects and operational improvements.
About the Role
- Lead and develop facilities and equipment engineering teams.
- Manage contractors and service providers to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Oversee systems including fire protection, generators & UPS, chilled water, HVAC, reverse osmosis, process gases, BMS & SCADA.
- Drive optimisation: cost-saving strategies, CAPEX project delivery, and maintenance planning.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on facilities and equipment operations.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-driven projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
