Job Summary

The Centre Manager will lead operational, financial, and program deliverables for three iconic facilities in the Pyrenees region. This role involves developing and executing plans through engagement with the team and community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Fully accountable for operational, financial, and program deliverables.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business success.
  • Lead aquatic operations, financial management, staff recruitment, and safety initiatives.
About You

A seasoned manager who leads with vision, energy, and expertise. You must share insights into how you have shaped team performance and articulated the link between employee engagement and exceptional business outcomes.

Requirements
  • Highly developed coaching skills to enhance team performance.
  • Experience in planning and execution of operational, financial, and people plans.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a complex business operation, preferably in leisure or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for positive influencing and negotiating outcomes.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience (2-5 years) in an aquatic or leisure leadership role.
  • Qualifications in Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children are highly desirable.
