Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of construction disputes, including issues related to contract breaches, construction defects, delays, and professional negligence
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, providing strategic legal counsel to achieve favourable outcomes
- Collaborate with senior lawyers who are recognised leaders in construction litigation
- Mentor and develop a team of junior lawyers, guiding them through complex legal matters
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3-5 years of post-admission experience in construction litigation, preferably in a private practice setting
- Strong litigation skills with a focus on construction law
- Proven ability to draft and analyse complex legal documents
- Capable of managing cases independently while working collaboratively with senior lawyers
- Passion for mentoring and developing junior talent
- Strong client relationship management and business development abilities
- Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
