Head of Store Operations Opportunity at Coles

Coles is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Central Operations team as the Head of Store Operations in Queensland. This is a key role that will drive excellence across our stores and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role:

  • Lead and Inspire: Lead a team of Regional Managers, driving excellence across our stores and empowering them to deliver great experiences for our customers.
  • Travel Opportunities: Enjoy frequent and interstate travel as you visit stores across the beautiful state of Queensland, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving business results.
  • Change Management: Be at the forefront of change management, implementing innovative solutions to achieve business goals and drive growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and driving business success.

  • Retail Expertise: Proven experience in retail, leading large teams to success and driving business results.
  • Leadership Skills: Confident and strong leader who can hold people accountable and drive results, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Change Management: Experience with managing and driving change within an organisation, with a focus on business outcomes and growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on building strong partnerships and driving business success.
  • Creative Thinker: Problem solver who can challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the table, driving business results and growth.
