About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, collaborating closely with our Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience, and coaching the retail team on effective selling and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities

About You
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Store Manager (or similar) in a high-volume retail environment. Previous experience in an Optical background is preferred. You should have experience with staff scheduling, supervising other retail staff, and delivering on-site training. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate the skill of building meaningful and long-term relationships with customers.
