Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Floor: As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor team, ensuring that customers receive a high level of service and that sales goals are met.
  • Manage Inventory: You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring that products are accurately priced and displayed.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager: You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage inventory, and provide input on store operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required.
  • Leadership Skills: You must have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve sales goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
