Senior Educator Role
This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced educator to take charge of their own room, leading a team of dedicated educators in delivering exceptional educational programs.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate will have a diploma in early childhood or an ACECQA-approved equivalent, strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and a current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and improve teaching practices
- Ensure safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences
