Job Description:

This role involves managing a portfolio of schools, developing expertise as a student recruitment professional and building relationships with students, parents, and educators. The successful candidate will represent the university at school visits, parent evenings, career expos, and community events across metropolitan and regional areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing student recruitment strategies
  • Representing the university at external events
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in sales or student recruitment. A valid Working with Children Check and an unrestricted drivers license are also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a sales or student recruitment team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Ability to solve problems in an innovative and creative manner
