Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Student Recruitment Specialist to drive key initiatives across South Australia and nationally.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of schools, developing expertise as a student recruitment professional while building strong relationships with students, parents, and educators.
  • Represent the University at school visits, parent evenings, career expos, and community events across metropolitan and regional South Australia, as well as at selected national recruitment activities.
  • This role requires driving innovation in recruitment practices, identifying new opportunities to connect with future students and expand the University's reach.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in sales or student recruitment teams preferably in higher education environment.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills including strong public speaking ability.
  • Proven interpersonal skills including ability to identify and manage key relationships and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve sensitive matters.
  • Skill to solve problems in an innovative manner to achieve defined outcomes.

This position requires a valid Working with Children Check and an unrestricted driver's license. Professional development is also important in this role. The successful candidate should be prepared to continuously develop their knowledge of best practices in student recruitment.
