We are seeking a skilled Early Careers Programs Manager to lead the governance, frameworks, design, development, and evaluation of our existing and new programs.
About the OpportunityThis role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure our programs align with strategic objectives and foster a positive, innovative culture.
The ideal candidate will oversee the design, development, and adherence to ECP frameworks and governance for all programs, including Graduate, Undergraduate, Apprenticeship, and Traineeship Programs.
They will also lead the scoping, analysis, and design of new ECP programs, such as Internships, Scholarships, and Work Experience/Placement programs.
Key responsibilities include designing processes, procedures, and policies related to ECP, developing learning and development initiatives, adapting the mentoring program, equipping leaders to support ECP participants, implementing evaluation and feedback mechanisms, and promoting a strong internal and external ECP brand.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to the Early Careers OD team, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, fostering a culture of stakeholder centricity and continuous improvement within the team.
