Role Overview

The primary objective of this leadership role is to spearhead the customer experience strategy, delivering a seamless and cohesive customer journey across all marketing channels while preserving the brand's DNA.

This key position will provide visionary leadership and support across Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Visual Merchandising teams. The ideal candidate will have prior senior marketing leadership experience, preferably leading a broad team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy that delivers a unified customer journey across all marketing channels.
  • Protect and enhance the brand's DNA while driving innovation and inspiring the team to think strategically.
  • Lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of commercial goals.

Requirements

  • Prior senior marketing leadership experience, preferably leading a broad team of marketing professionals.
  • Experience delivering a seamless customer experience from concept to execution across multiple channels.
  • Passion for driving innovation and inspiring the team to think strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An engaging and supportive leadership approach.
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.
