Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a proactive Pharmacy Assistant/Webster Packer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is essential for ensuring that our medication packing services are executed with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
- Maintaining accurate and current patient records
- Overseeing weekly dispensing operations to guarantee sufficient medication for Webster packs
- Modifying packs as necessary
- Ensuring timely completion of Webster Packs for patient collection
- Providing excellent customer service across various platforms including in-store and phone inquiries
- Assisting with inventory management alongside the Dispensary Team
Qualifications:
- Experience in a dispensary setting, whether in retail or hospital environments
- Familiarity with Webster packing processes
- Strong focus on customer service and relationship building
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
