Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to spearhead our hospitality operations in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a large team of skilled professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including front-of-house management, staff administration, rostering, and customer service.
- Promote business growth through innovative initiatives and operational improvements.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience every time.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably across food, beverage, and gaming sectors.
- Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large team of diverse professionals.
- Operational expertise to drive business growth and financial performance.
- Current industry qualifications, including RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence.
