Senior Exploration Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Exploration Manager to lead our East-Coast based exploration programs.

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive aggressive exploration strategies on our base metals projects in the Cobar basin, working closely with our team of experienced professionals.

You will be responsible for developing and executing our group exploration strategy, mentoring and training our exploration team, structural interpretation, business development, compliance, reporting and more.

This permanent appointment can be based anywhere in NSW, with travel on a campaign basis. You'll enjoy working for a well-funded company with a strong team and extensive autonomy to drive exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the group exploration strategy
  • Mentor and train the exploration team
  • Structural interpretation

  • Compliance and reporting

About this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or relevant field
  • Proven experience in senior exploration management roles
  • Strong technical skills, including structural geology and mineral exploration
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
