Your Work With Us

As a Development Director II, you'll help lead project execution that leverages AI to support game asset creation and cloud infrastructure for development teams.

You'll oversee teams building technologies that empower global game creators.

You'll also develop processes that improve delivery predictability and quality.

  1. Create and manage project roadmaps for cloud-based tools.
  2. Collaborate with leaders to align feature development and project goals.
  3. Manage direct reports within your area of responsibility.
  4. Foster a people-first approach, building happy motivated teams.
Requirements
  • 7+ years shipping games as a Development Director or in a Senior Production role.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior level team members.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum, project planning, capacity planning, dependency and risk management.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira/Jaa S.
  • Demonstrable experience using project metrics to set development process success goals.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
