Customer Service Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member.

This is a seasonal casual position, requiring you to work weekends and commit to the full season (late August to mid-late January).

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in being on the phone maintaining professionalism. You will also have experience using systems such as Excel (intermediate level), CRM platforms, and booking systems.

Responsibilities include answering high volumes of incoming calls, communicating daily booking schedules to the events operations team, supporting online store operations, collating customer feedback and reporting insights to management, and facilitating online community management and monitoring comments, messages, tags and flagging relevant collaborator posts.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature and just under an hour's drive from Melbourne CBD. Our company culture is supportive and inclusive, with training provided and hourly rates paid under the Horticulture Award on a regular casual basis.

Key Requirements
  • You must have your own vehicle and a full driver's licence.
  • You should be able to speak fluent English (written and verbal), and being multilingual is a big plus.
  • You will need to be reliable, highly organised, and team-oriented.
