We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

You will also assist with styling advice and product knowledge to drive sales, maintain a beautifully presented store, and support daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with styling advice and product knowledge to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment that meets visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Support daily store operations, including stock management and replenishment.
  • Work collaboratively with the head office Marketing team to implement in-store promotions and seasonal updates.
