Our client is a global leader in media solutions, specialising in broadcast, content distribution, and technology services for clients across various industries.
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced HR process analyst to join our team on a 3-4 month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional services or IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Mapping: Map all existing People & Culture processes and workflows.
- Documentation: Collaborate with team members to review and revise current documentation.
- SOPs Design: Design and develop user-friendly, clear, and well-structured SOPs, guides, and checklists.
- Digital Documentation: Ensure all documentation is digital, easily accessible, and easy to update.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with the team to align processes with best practices and business objectives.
- Recommendations: Provide recommendations for continuous process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in process mapping, design, and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
- Proven Experience: Extensive experience in process mapping, design, and documentation.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of proficiency and precision in creating clear and concise documentation.
- Process-Driven: Analytical mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and user experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a patient and collaborative approach to working with teams.
Key Requirements:
- Process Mapping: Strong experience in process mapping, analysis, and design.
- User-Friendly Documentation: Proficiency in creating user-friendly documentation such as manuals, guides, and checklists.
- Digital Tools: Experience in using digital tools to create and store documentation for easy updates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders to gather insights and improve processes.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in HR-related processes or systems is a plus.
