Job Description:

  • Process Mapping and Analysis: Map existing People & Culture processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes that drive business objectives forward.
  • Documentation and Design: Collaborate with team members to review and revise current documentation, designing user-friendly, clear, and well-structured SOPs, guides, and checklists that support seamless operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the team to align processes with best practices, providing recommendations for continuous process improvements that enhance the user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
