Job Title: Inclusion Support Educator

Fostering inclusive environments where every child can participate, learn and thrive is at the heart of our mission.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Inclusion Support Educator. As a key member of our staff, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all children, including those with additional needs, have equitable access to quality education and care.

About the Role
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families and specialists to develop and implement individualised support plans for children with additional needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to educators to adopt inclusive practices, ensuring that all children can engage meaningfully in the learning environment.
  • Assist in sourcing and utilising specialist equipment and resources to facilitate inclusion, in line with the Inclusion Support Program guidelines.
  • Promote understanding and awareness of inclusion within the broader community, advocating for the rights and needs of all children.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting children with additional needs.
  • Hold an ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Education Support.
  • Current First Aid training and CPR Certificate.
  • Valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
  • Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
  • Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices.
