Job Title: Luxury Automotive Sales Specialist

The Cadillac Experience Centre, a state-of-the-art retail facility based in the heart of Westfield Shopping Centre Brisbane, is seeking an experienced luxury automotive sales specialist to join our team.

This exciting opportunity comes at a time of significant growth for the brand as we establish the Cadillac brand and all-electric portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

As a luxury automotive sales specialist, you will be responsible for implementing Cadillac's customer engagement strategies, guiding customers through their educational and purchasing journey, efficiently managing leads, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Job Description:
  • Greet all visitors warmly and work to assess their needs and preferences with confidence and no pressure.
  • Provide detailed information about Cadillac product offerings, including features, options, specifications, performance, and technology.
  • Presents vehicle features, advantages, and capabilities to potential buyers.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, including test drives.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget.
  • Buildd and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and provide ongoing support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in Cadillac training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer experience, and sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales transactions within the Cadillac Core customer management system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experience. Previous premium/luxury brand and EV experienceis also desirable.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and technology.
  • Passion for customer experience along with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Experience conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, including price / value presentation, finance, and other sales related paperwork.
  • Proficiency in using digital customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to customer service.
