About the RoleThis role will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes and systems as needed, ensuring locally competitive offerings that meet business objectives.
This position primarily supports Australia and New Zealand, with some support for countries in South East Asia, supporting Total Rewards Leads for respective locations.

- Ensure locally competitive programs that meet business objectives.
- Support Australia and New Zealand with some support for countries in South East Asia.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Excel skills, with experience in data analysis.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
