About the Role:

We are seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our team as Support Workers in the disability sector. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily care, assistance, and support to individuals in their own homes and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Relevant qualifications, diploma level or above
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children (Employer), National Police Checks, First Aid & CPR
  • Current Driving Licence & Own Car
  • Advanced communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of occupational health and safety
