This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable and well-established NDIS Registered Provider, delivering high-quality daily care and support to individuals in their own homes and in the community.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a person-centric support framework, working closely with experienced Registered Nurses to provide delegated care and support to clients with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily care and support to clients in their own homes and in the community
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to provide delegated care and support
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and medication management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse, with medication endorsement preferred
  • Experience working with clients with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health conditions
  • Relevant qualifications, diploma level or above
  • Current AHPRA registration and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid driving license and own car
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
