Are you a skilled and enthusiastic swim instructor looking to teach adults?
- Our adult learn-to-swim school provides structured, technique-based lessons at iconic pools in Sydney.
- We offer our clients the entire swimming journey, from non-swimmer to open water and everything in between.
As an experienced swim instructor, you will foster both confidence and skill in the water. You'll work closely with senior instructors and coaches, taking initiative and adapting quickly to new class schedules and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Teach adult students of varying skill levels in a supportive environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and fellow coaches to ensure smooth interaction.
- Participate in comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching both learn-to-swim and squad training is desirable.
- A regular pool lap or open water swimmer, comfortable with operating mobile technology.
