
Project Management Professional

As a skilled Delivery Project Manager, you will oversee the successful completion of commercial and defense projects across Northern Territory. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple teams and projects simultaneously, managing resources and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Mentor junior team members and provide coaching to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project adoption and utilization of Procore software.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, stakeholders, and key partners.
- Monitor and improve HSE and QA performance across all project sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects ($5m+).
- Strong background in leading teams and projects in the commercial and/or defense sectors.
- Remote delivery experience is highly desirable, with logistics and problem-solving skills suitable for working outside metropolitan areas.
- Familiarity with D&C and AS contracts is essential.
